Job summary

SENse Learning invites experienced tutors to join our impact-first team as Intervention Tutors, providing tailored one-to-one support for SEND and SEMH learners across KS1–KS5. Roles include in-person, online and hybrid teaching, with flexible scheduling to suit families and schools.

You should have QTS/QTLS and at least 2 years post-NQT teaching with SEND experience, DBS clearance or ability to obtain it, and a child-centred, trauma-informed approach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years post-NQT teaching experience with SEND/ SEMH/ MLD/ SLD/ PMLD
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS)
• UK-based and eligible to work in the UK
• Safeguarding awareness and DBS process familiarity

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with children and young people with SEND/SEMH needs
• Provide in-person, online/remote and hybrid tutoring across KS1–KS5
• Plan, deliver and adapt flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring
• Report on lessons and progress with regular feedback
