Job summary

Teaching Personnel is recruiting a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant for a 1:1 support role in Billingham. The successful candidate will support a pupil with additional needs, helping access learning and managing behaviour within the school day.

The role requires experience with SEND, patience, adaptability and strong communication alongside teamwork to support pupil development and school outcomes.

Qualifications

• Has experience working with children or young people with SEND.
• Patient, adaptable and able to build strong, trusting relationships.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities
