Job summary

Axcis Education Recruitment is seeking a calm, confident teaching assistant to work 1:1 with a pupil with complex EYFS needs and support two other pupils on reduced timetables in a Reception class. You will perform general TA duties across the EYFS environment and must hold an EYFS/Early Years qualification.

Hours are 8:15am–3:15pm, Monday to Friday, with a long-term opportunity. This temporary role requires a DBS check and adherence to safeguarding requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have EYFS/Early Years qualification.
• Experience providing 1:1 SEND support is beneficial but the essential requirement is an EYFS/Early Years qualification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 SEND support for a pupil with complex needs within a Reception/EYFS setting.
• Support two other pupils on reduced timetables and undertake general TA duties in the Reception class.
