Job summary

Aspire People Limited is assisting a Sutton Coldfield school to recruit a Teaching Assistant with strong EYFS knowledge to support 3 Reception children with a range of needs, including communication and ASD. Personal care is part of the role, and it is a long-term opportunity.

The candidate should hold Level 3+ TA status (NVQ / CACHE preferable), have recent primary school experience, and be capable of supporting SEND on a one-to-one basis within EYFS and KS1.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with SEND on a one to one basis.
• Excellent working knowledge of the EYFS and KS1 curriculum.
• Recent primary school experience within the last 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Support 3 children in Reception with a range of needs including communication and ASD.
• There will be personal care within this role.
