Job summary

Elementa Support Services is recruiting a 1:1 Learning Support Mentor to work with SEND learners (SEMH, trauma, ADHD, ASC) in Bristol. The role involves supporting learners 1:1, delivering classroom and outdoor sessions, and using creative resources to foster progress.

You will follow learner programmes, support wellbeing, and contribute to safeguarding and admin tasks. Candidates should have education-facing experience with SEND and a proactive, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Education-relevant qualifications in supporting teaching & learning.
• Experience supporting young people in an education setting.
• Understanding and expertise in supporting learners with SEND.
• Skills and strategies in supporting emotional wellbeing.
