Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant in High Wycombe to support pupils aged 7–19 with complex SEN and communication needs. The role focuses on personalised support and aiding participation in learning activities within a specialist setting.

The ideal candidate will have SEN experience, particularly with autism or PMLD, and be comfortable implementing targeted strategies under supervision. Training available.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with SEN and complex needs.
• Ability to support communication and interaction in classrooms.
• Comfort with personal independence, social and emotional development tasks.

Responsibilities
