Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment in High Wycombe is seeking a Specialist Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 7-19 with complex cognitive, sensory, physical and communication needs. You will contribute to a wider programme including communication, independence, wellbeing and preparation for adulthood.

You will work individually and in small groups, follow individualised strategies, liaise with teachers, and help develop functional and practical skills while maintaining a safe, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with pupils with complex SEN is valuable.
• Ability to follow individual plans and maintain consistency.
