Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd is seeking Learning Partners to provide flexible support in a welcoming primary school in Patchway. The role focuses on 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

You will work with teachers to create positive learning experiences, adapt to year groups and support each child's academic, social and emotional progress. DBS checks and safeguarding training are required; online safeguarding and Prevent Duty training is provided.

We are seeking enthusiastic, caring and adaptable Learning Partners to provide flexible support within a welcoming and inclusive primary school setting local to Patchway. Opportunities are available across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, with a particular focus on 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

This role is ideal for experienced teaching assistants, youth workers, sports coaches, support workers, or anyone with a passion for helping children learn, grow and succeed.

The Role

• Provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs.

• Encourage pupil engagement, confidence and independence.
• Support children's academic, social and emotional progress.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and school staff to create positive learning experiences.

• Can build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
• Is flexible, reliable and willing to support where needed.
• Has experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential).
• Is passionate about inclusion and helping every child succeed.
