Mainstream Primary School in Devizes, Wiltshire is seeking a dedicated 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to work with a pupil with ASD and challenging behaviour.
You will provide 1:1 in-class support, help with emotional regulation, adapt tasks, and liaise with the SENCo and staff to help the pupil access learning.
This rewarding role offers daily rate of £95–£115 and a term-time schedule with potential to continue beyond the academic year.

We’re working with a welcoming mainstream primary school in Devizes who are looking to appoint a dedicated 1:1 Learning Support Assistant / LSA to support a pupil with Autism (ASD) and some associated challenging behaviour.
This is a rewarding role in a supportive school that takes inclusion seriously. The child requires consistency, patience and someone confident in setting clear boundaries while building a positive, trusting relationship.
You’ll be working closely with the class teacher, SENCo and wider support staff to help the pupil access learning, manage emotions and feel secure within the school environment.
Team Teach or similar behaviour management training would be beneficial but isn’t essential.
