Protocol Education is currently recruiting for an experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to provide dedicated 1:1 support for a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a warm and welcoming school in Basildon.

The Role

• Full-time Learning Support Assistant position
• Providing 1:1 support for a pupil with ASD
• Supporting learning, engagement, and emotional wellbeing

Requirements

• Previous experience working as an LSA, Teaching Assistant, or supporting children with SEN
• Experience supporting children with ASD is essential
• Must have the right to work in the UK
• Ability to provide references from your last two employers
• A patient, nurturing, and proactive approach
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
