Job summary

Finstall First School in Bromsgrove is seeking a compassionate Level 2 Teaching Assistant (TA2) on a fixed-term contract to provide focused 1:1 support for a pupil with an EHCP in KS1.

The role is term-time only, 25 hours 25 minutes per week, with flexible working patterns (e.g. 8:45am–2:45pm or 9:20am–3:20pm) and a review in 12 months with the potential to extend subject to EHCP funding. We offer CPD opportunities and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting a pupil with EHCP.
• Ability to work 1:1 with a child in KS1.
• Willing to work term-time and flexible patterns.

Responsibilities

• Provide focused 1:1 support to the pupil.
• Assist teaching staff and classroom routines.
