Job summary

Pulse Nursing at Home in London/Camden is seeking an experienced Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker to provide high-quality, person-centred care to a client living with complex needs in their own home.

The role offers 6 x 10 hour night shifts with pay rates of £15.19 per hour nights and £17.10 per hour weekends. A commitment to training and developing skills in complex care is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months UK-based care experience within the last 2 years.
• Compassionate, dependable and committed to delivering high-quality care.
• Willing to learn new skills and undertake complex care training.
• Able to work as part of a 1:1 or 2:1 care team.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and support with daily living
• Administering medication
• Moving and handling
• Supporting clinical interventions
• Developing a positive and trusting relationship with the client
• Working as part of a dedicated 1:1 or 2:1 care team
• Learning and delivering specialist complex care interventions
