Job summary

Pulse Nursing at Home is seeking a Complex Care Support Worker (Female Only) to support a client in Clacton on Sea. You will work 12-hour shifts providing high-quality, person-centered care in the client’s home, including personal care and medication administration.

Role requires 6 months care experience in the last 2 years, comfort with 1:1 care, and a willingness to learn complex care techniques. Training will be provided to support with clinical interventions and community activities.

Qualifications

• 6 months care experience within the last 2 years (UK based).
• Experience with personal care, medication and manual handling.
• Comfortable working in a 1:1 setting.
• Willing to learn new skills and undertake complex care training.
• Ability to provide high-quality care with compassion and professionalism.

Complex Care Support Worker - Female Only - Community - Clacton on Sea

Shifts/working hours: 24/7 1:1 care, 12 hour shifts.

We support people living with a wide range of complex conditions, helping them stay safe, independent and connected to their communities. Our healthcare assistants/support workers deliver highly bespoke care shaped around the individual needs, goals and aspirations.

As a healthcare assistant/support worker, you will be providing high quality, person-centered care to our clients in the comfort of their own home. On shift, you will be expected to provide personal care, assist with moving and handling and support with any clinical interventions specific to our client. Alongside, you will be expected to enrich their quality of life via community interaction and support in achieving their goals/aspirations.

About the role

In this role, you will be supporting our client at home, helping them access the community and live life to the fullest. Our client has complex needs and you will be trained on their interventions. On shift you will be providing personal care, administering medications and managing our clients’ clinical interventions (all training will be provided).
