Job summary

Pulse Nursing at Home is seeking a Female Healthcare Assistant Support Worker to provide high-quality, person-centred care in clients' homes across Exmouth and surrounding areas. The role involves personal care, moving and handling, and supporting clinical interventions as needed, on a variety of day and night shifts.

The successful candidate will have at least 6 months care experience (UK-based), experience with personal care, medication, and manual handling, and be comfortable working in a 1:1

Qualifications

• 6 months care experience within the last 2 years (UK based).
• Experience with personal care, medication and manual handling.
• Comfortable working in a 1:1 setting.
• Willing to learn new skills and undertake complex care training.
• Ability to provide high-quality care with compassion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients in their own homes.
• Assist with personal care, moving and handling.
• Support with clinical interventions specific to each client.
• Enrich clients' quality of life through community interaction and goals achievement.
