Job summary

Vision for Education are seeking a dedicated and compassionate 1-1 Classroom Support to work within a school in Birmingham.

Provide focused 1:1 support to pupils, plan and deliver engaging activities, and work with teachers to ensure consistent support. Join a Birmingham-based SEND setting focused on personalised teaching and safeguarding, with DBS checks required.

Qualifications

  • Hold suitable qualifications such as Youth Work, Health and Social Care or Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools are desired but not essential.
  • Have strong communications skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with students.
  • Able to obtain suitable references and a DBS check.

About you:

To be considered for the 1-1 Classroom Support role, you will:
