Job summary

Vision for Education is seeking passionate and reliable 1-1 Teaching Assistants to support pupils with special educational needs in Birmingham.

You will provide personalised assistance, help with academic tasks and social development, and support transitions between routines. The role is based in SEND schools and involves safeguarding responsibilities.

Role Overview:

  • Responsibilities:Providing excellent personalised support to a pupil with special educational needs, and to help develop in different areas, academic, social, and emotional development.

Requirements
As a suitable1-1 Teaching Assistant you will:

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualificationsrequired for this position area suitable qualification for working with children and experience working with special education needs.
