Job summary

Derby Moor Spencer Academy in Heanor is seeking an enthusiastic, committed and reliable individual to work within our Behaviour and Inclusion team, supporting students including those with SEND or needing additional social and emotional support.

The successful candidate will support students in mainstream classrooms and during small group interventions, and will lead tailored interventions aimed at reintegration and progress tracking.

Qualifications

• A high level of competency is essential. Ideally the candidate will have experience of working within education.

Responsibilities

• Lead interventions to enable reintegration into mainstream classroom.
• Contribute to the strategic review and direction of interventions.
• Track and monitor students' progress on interventions.
