Job summary

The Academy in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated practitioner to plan, implement and review holistic one-to-one or small group intervention programmes for learners with complex SEMH needs.

You will work closely with senior leaders, SENDCo, teachers and support staff to help pupils reach their potential, support transitions back into mainstream or specialist education, and you must be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.

Job description

Working closely with SLT, the SENDCo, teachers and support staff, you will be responsible for planning, implementing and reviewing a number of holistic one to one or small group intervention programmes for learners with complex SEMH needs. You will help them achieve their full potential and support the process of transitioning pupils back into mainstream or specialist education.
