Location: West Africa
Job Type: Full-Time | Immediate Joiners Preferred
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong telecom project management expertise to join a major deployment in West Africa. This role is ideal for candidates who are fluent in French and English, have a Huawei background, and can start immediately.
- Develop and manage the overall delivery plan for the project, ensuring timely execution and risk reporting.
- Engage with customers promptly, address issues quickly, and coordinate internal resources for resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer senior management, fostering trust and partnership.
- Manage internal KPIs, revenue triggers, cost control, and PAC signing.
- Collect and analyze customer requirements, align with business expectations, and guide customers toward success in collaboration with Huawei.
- Huawei experience or prior collaboration with Huawei projects.
- Fluent in English (mandatory) and French (essential for this role).
- 8+ years of experience in telecom project management, including turnkey projects.
- Strong communication, networking, and customer engagement skills.
- Target-driven, proactive, and hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership.
