A leading telehealth platform is seeking a Behavioral Health Coach to guide clients through personalized video sessions. You'll focus on non-clinical issues such as work stress and work-life balance. This flexible freelance role allows you to set your own schedule, making it perfect for those with existing commitments. ICF certification or a relevant postgraduate degree is required. Qualifications
- Active ICF certification or relevant postgraduate qualification.
- 200+ coaching hours for ICF Coaches or 300+ clinical hours for Counsellors.
- Experience in coaching or counseling roles.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1-on-1 telehealth coaching for clients.
- Support clients in achieving personal and career goals.
- Collaborate with internal clinical teams to enhance programs.

Using your expertise, you’ll guide clients through personalized, 30‑minute video sessions designed around their unique goals.
This flexible freelance role allows you to set your own schedule, making it an ideal supplement to your existing job or private practice. While we prefer local candidates, we welcome talented professionals from various locations to apply.
We’re building a collaborative community of passionate mental health professionals, including International Coaching Federation (ICF) Coaches, Clinical Psychologists, and Counsellors, who share a commitment to expanding access to mental health support worldwide.
- Provide 1‑on‑1 telehealth professional or mental health coaching for Intellect’s clients
- Focus on non‑clinical cases such as work stress, procrastination, work‑life balance etc.
- Support clients in achieving personal, career, or relationship goals
- Collaborate with our internal clinical team to continuously enhance our platform and programs.
- Qualifications: Active International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certification OR a Master’s / Postgraduate Diploma in Counseling
- Expertise: Proficiency in coaching methods and evidence‑based approaches (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT)
- Experience: ICF Coaches with 200+ coaching hours, or Counsellors with 300+ post‑graduation clinical hours
- Languages: Fluency in English and the local language
- Preferred Background: Experience in EAP, adult counseling, or coaching managerial roles
