Using your expertise, you’ll guide clients through personalized, 30‑minute video sessions designed around their unique goals.

What You'll Do

• Provide 1‑on‑1 telehealth professional or mental health coaching for Intellect’s clients
• Focus on non‑clinical cases such as work stress, procrastination, work‑life balance etc.
• Support clients in achieving personal, career, or relationship goals
• Collaborate with our internal clinical team to continuously enhance our platform and programs.

Requirements

• Qualifications: Active International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certification OR a Master’s / Postgraduate Diploma in Counseling
• Expertise: Proficiency in coaching methods and evidence‑based approaches (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT)
• Experience: ICF Coaches with 200+ coaching hours, or Counsellors with 300+ post‑graduation clinical hours
• Languages: Fluency in English and the local language
• Preferred Background: Experience in EAP, adult counseling, or coaching managerial roles
