We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant for a 6-month fully remote contract. The ideal candidate will have:

• Advanced experience in SAP ABAP France payroll programming and Data Dictionary knowledge.
• Proficiency in creating Schemas and PCRs.
• Expertise in XML related to SAP products and landscapes.
• Experience with BADIs, enhancements, and object modification techniques.
• Proficiency in SAP Script, Smartforms, and Adobe Forms.
• Experience in object-oriented programming, including classes and methods.
• Expertise in Web Services and XI/PI.
• Knowledge of security and authorization objects for SAP objects, programs, and users.
• Support in workflow development and custom development for business needs.
• Understanding of portal technologies used within SAP.

• 10+ years relevant experience as an SAP ABAP France Payroll Developer.
• Deep knowledge of DSN configuration and functionalities.
• Expertise in French payroll configuration, including cycles and schemas.
• Fluent in French (reading and speaking).
• Experience developing in dual-stack SAP environments.
• Participation in at least two complete SAP production implementations.
• Support experience in complex SAP environments supporting 24/7 operations.
• Troubleshooting experience with third-party products interfacing with SAP.
• Development experience with SAP 4.7 to NetWeaver 7.2, including BI, PI, SEM, CRM, SCM.
• Experience with AMS or similar offshore support models.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Development expertise in SAP HCM and Payroll, specifically France Payroll.
• Proficiency in creating Schemas and PCRs.
