This is a self-employed, commission-only role with a minimum daily rate of €355 for referral work. Larger projects offer higher rates.

Key responsibilities:

1. Source clients and refer them through our network.
2. Our office team manages client contracts and billing.
3. Serve as a consultant on client projects.
4. Build and sustain client relationships for ongoing instructions.
5. Create an independent client referral pipeline.
6. Promote our consulting services within your network, encouraging cross-referrals.
7. Earn a share of our daily billing, starting at a minimum of €355 per referral work, with potential for higher rates on larger projects.

Minimum requirements:

• Consulting experience in one of the specified practice areas.
• Ability to source leads, canvass, close deals, and manage client expectations.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Motivation to succeed and grow within our network.
• Professional grammar and telephone manner.
