A leading entertainment company in France is looking for an experienced Booker / Promoter to support their booking department. Responsibilities include booking concert venues, fostering relationships, and negotiating contracts. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience, strong communication skills, and a proficiency in both French and English. This role offers exciting projects across Europe and attractive bonus opportunities.

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in booking and promotion of concerts.
- Proficient in computer work (Word, Excel, Google Sheets).
- Fluency in French and English (C1 Advanced level recommended).
- Established network of venue and promoter contacts.
Responsabilités
- Booking national and international concert venues.
- Working with promoters, venues, and marketing to facilitate concerts.
- Fostering and developing relationships with key contacts.
- Negotiating contracts and agreements.
- Collaborating with production department.

- Booking of national and international concert venues
- Working closely with promoters, venues, and our marketing department to get concerts on sale
- Fostering existing relationships and developing new ones
- Negotiating contracts and agreements

- Skilled communicator with strong interpersonal abilities

- Structured, reliable, and professional workflow
- Familiarity with concert production, marketing, and technical requirements
- Experience with contracts, negotiations, and riders
Mandatory skills :
