• Support the team to deliver care that improves the health of individuals and the wider community.

• Act as an advocate for safeguarding patients.
• Provide a high-profile commitment to professional development, teaching, and education for all levels of nursing staff.
• Participate in the hospitals’ 24-hour speciality helpline rota.
