What you will be doing:

• Managing CI/CD pipelines, ensuring platform availability and reliability, and supporting small multi-disciplined squads to deliver product enhancements and features.
• Writing code to automate processes, manage platforms, investigate issues, and support their resolution.
• Applying software development techniques to diagnose and solve operational problems across application, architecture, and infrastructure domains.
• Researching and implementing the latest tools and techniques to streamline processes and improve system performance.
• Contributing to high-availability software efforts, focusing on latency, performance, and capacity.
• Collaborating with team members, sharing knowledge, and continuously learning new skills.

What we are looking for:

• Experience with deployment tools such as Ansible and Jenkins.
• Familiarity with modern CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps and GitLab.
• Strong sysadmin and networking skills, including TCP, firewalls, reverse proxies, load balancers, and web containers (e.g., IIS, Nginx).
• Proficiency in system administration across multiple OS, especially Windows and Linux; knowledge of database concepts with experience in PostgreSQL, Oracle, and Elasticsearch is a plus.
• Experience with virtualization and containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Hyper-V.
• Programming skills in Java, Python, C#, shell scripting (Linux/Powershell).
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools like Datadog, Dynatrace, SolarWinds, Prometheus, Grafana, TICK, ELK.
• Exposure to incident response scenarios.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, including diagrammatic representations.
• Experience with quality assurance techniques such as load, stress, and chaos testing; collaborating with stakeholders like developers, QA, and IT to deliver quality solutions.
