The Pierre Fabre R&D Medical Care division is hiring a Clinical Scientist to join the Clinical Development Department.

The position will be based in Toulouse (preferentially) or Boulogne, with flexible options for commuting from France/Europe and home office.

• Strategic Contributions: Collaborate with the Clinical Development Director to synthesize literature, preclinical data, regulatory guidance, and clinical insights to build program rationale. Support proposals at advisory boards, investigator meetings, and site initiations. Stay up-to-date with the clinical landscape by attending scientific and clinical conferences.
• Clinical Study Support: Contribute to study design and develop clinical documents such as protocols, investigator brochures, informed consent forms, study manuals, and clinical study reports. Work closely with CDDs and Clinical Operations to address protocol questions from authorities and ethics committees. Conduct regular clinical/medical data reviews under supervision. Participate in clinical site and vendor selection.
• Operational Excellence: Assist in organizing clinical meetings (e.g., advisory boards, data safety monitoring boards, steering committees). Engage with Clinical Operations for site startup, engagement, and recruitment. Support medical monitoring activities and data quality reviews.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a task force leader for best practices or special initiatives. Represent the core team at governance reviews and present on special topics.

Profile: Doctor in Medicine, scientific PhD with a specialty in clinical development or research nurse or pharmacist. You possess in-depth knowledge of oncology, precision medicine, and experience in clinical protocol development, study conduct, and data oversight. Knowledge of GCP and regulatory requirements for oncology trials is essential.
