• Quality Management System: Ensure our partner production management system meets Freudenberg Sealing Technologies' high-quality standards.

• Continuous Improvement: Drive and promote continuous improvement in our company's quality performance.

• Customer and Supplier Relations: Lead your team in maintaining excellent quality relationships with our customers and suppliers.

• Reporting: Provide detailed reports to PP management, ensuring transparency and accountability.

• Department Management: Oversee the quality department, including budget, personnel, and equipment management.

• Quality System Implementation: Define, implement, and measure the effectiveness of our quality system, ensuring compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: General engineering degree with specialization or experience in quality management.

• Experience: More than 7 years experience as a quality department manager.

• Language Skills: Fluent in English.

• Proficiency in IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 quality systems

• Expertise in quality and continuous improvement tools

• Strong managerial skills

• Influence: Your role will have a direct impact on our quality processes and the overall success of our company.
