A global beverage company is seeking a Health & Safety Project Manager in Paris. This role requires delivering a Health & Safety roadmap and fostering a culture of care across non-industrial environments. Candidates should have 7+ years in health & safety, strong communication skills in English, and the capability to influence leaders. As part of Pernod Ricard’s “Taking Care of Each Other” journey, the Group Health & Safety Project Manager will play a central role in shifting the non-industrial safety performance in the Group. This is a mission of impact: to elevate our ambition beyond physical safety, embracing mental health and a people-first approach that makes safety everyone’s business.
This is a fixed-term contract starting ASAP and will finish in August 2026.
Working closely with the H&S Group Director, you will:
1. Deliver the Health & Safety roadmap by 2030 and expand our ambition: Vision 0
2. Drive health & safety performance improvement in non-industrial environments
3. Influence leaders and embed a behaviour-based culture
4. Spread a culture of Health & Safety across the Group
