Hill Robinson in Antibes is seeking a Yacht Manager for our busy Yacht Operations Department. You will be the central point of contact for captains, crew, and owner representatives, ensuring clear and timely communication across all parties and tasks.

You will monitor yacht position, charter activity, budgets, and owner planning, visiting vessels when possible, and coordinating insurance, vendor contracts, and crew management.

Qualifications

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Working knowledge of French; spoken essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Ability to prepare clear reports and executive summaries.

Responsabilités

• Be the principal point of contact for captains, crew and owner representatives.
• Monitor yacht position, schedule, and owner planning; anticipate needs.
• Assist with budgets and owner reporting in collaboration with finance.
• Coordinate insurance, contracts, and service terms with vendors.
• Supervise crew onboarding/offboarding and payroll coordination.
• Support in emergencies including incident reporting and claims coordination.
