Too Good To Go in Paris is seeking a Workforce Experience Coordinator to create a welcoming, efficient office environment. You will handle day-to-day operations, office administration, and coordination with the Global People & Culture team to support staff onboarding and engagement.

You will lead events, manage budgets, and oversee facilities, IT hardware, and vendor relations, ensuring a sustainable, inclusive workplace that reflects our mission against food waste.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in office management or facilities.
• Strong budgeting and expense-tracking abilities.
• Excellent event planning and multi-tasking skills.

Responsabilités

• Own the office and reception, welcome visitors and manage mail and deliveries.
• Oversee admin tasks, office supplies, budgeting, and invoice approvals.
• Coordinate onboarding, lunch orders, and collaboration with Global P&C.
• Manage gifts, merch, and IT hardware inventory and subscriptions.
• Plan and execute company events, Townhalls, and DEI activities.
• Maintain office relations with landlords and service providers, renew contracts.
