Hexa in Paris is seeking an Office & Event Manager to oversee the venue, coordinate events, and manage vendor relationships. You will ensure smooth operations for a bilingual, dynamic space that hosts startups, teams, and subtenants.

The role combines hands-on building management with people-facing responsibilities in a thriving environment. You will report to the VP People & Community and work with a small team to maintain high standards of hospitality, logistics, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality operations and events management.

Responsabilités

• Manage building operations: vendors (cleaning, maintenance, security, catering), venue budget end to end and space bookings.
• Host and coordinate events: breakfasts, masterclasses, demo days, dinners and offsites with flawless execution.
• Onboard incoming teams, introduce neighbours, and facilitate a smooth daily office experience.
