Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is seeking a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst to join our Paris team. You will configure, optimize, and expand the Workday HCM platform across multiple functional areas and work closely with internal stakeholders to improve processes and resolve issues.

• 4+ years of HRIS/Workday or related HR technology experience.

• Strong understanding of HRIS processes, integrations, workflows, and reporting.
• Advanced experience with Excel and exposure to reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau.

• Ensure Workday processes and controls meet internal audit, regulatory, security, and data integrity requirements.
• Maintain configuration and change documentation and develop supporting end-user training materials.
• Support the implementation and integration of local payroll solutions across multiple countries.

Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to for a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst in Paris.

The Senior Workday HRIS Analyst will support the ongoing configuration, optimization, and expansion of the Workday HCM platform across multiple functional areas. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders to improve processes, resolve system issues, and support future Workday implementations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting payroll environments in Latin America and/or Europe.
• Workday certification in one or more relevant modules.
• Experience managing or supporting HR technology implementation projects.
