Synechron is seeking an HRIS Analyst to optimize Workday Absence Management and core HCM in Paris. You will configure absence plans, accrual policies, and time off types while supporting org management, job data, and business processes.

You will troubleshoot system issues, collaborate with HR and Legal on policy changes, and participate in bi-annual release reviews to evaluate impact on absence and HCM functionality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Workday experience with hands-on Absence & HCM configurations.
• Experience configuring absence and leave plans for France, the Netherlands, or similar European countries with complex statutory leave requirements.
• French language proficiency is a plus, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Configure and maintain absence plans, accrual policies, and time off types in Workday.
• Support core HCM functions including org management, job and position data, and business process configuration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve absence and HCM-related system issues and employee/manager inquiries.
• Partner with HR and Legal to translate policy changes into system configuration.
• Collaborate with internal application teams on absence data flows and downstream system impacts.
• Support EIB data loads for absence balance adjustments and corrections.
• Participate in Workday bi-annual release reviews, assessing impact to absence and HCM functionality.
• Document configuration decisions, business processes, and test scripts.
• Assist with audits and exception reporting to ensure data integrity.
