BNB - Business Network Builders is seeking entry-level professionals to join its multicultural IT team. You will focus on delivering Workday integration solutions, configuring Workday, and developing prototype systems to demonstrate configurations to clients in a fast-growing, international setting.

You will analyze client requirements, participate in workshops, and support testing while adhering to Workday implementation best practices. Location is Paris with potential travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in technical engineering. Computer Science preferred.
• Fluent language skills in French and English. Spanish a plus.
• Willingness to travel to Paris and work on international projects.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a team.

Responsabilités

This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of the transformation to Cloud-based services. This role will need your skills in requirements analysis, workshop facilitation, customer management and product configuration.

Key Responsibilities

• Focus on delivering integration solutions to Workday clients.
• Understand client business requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate the configurations through the development of prototype systems, and assist the client in testing the Workday solution.
• Analyze business requirements to determine integration solutions across various types of integrations; documentation of requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives and final decisions.
• Adapt existing methods, tools and procedures to create solutions to deliver on client needs.
• Work in a team environment, completing activities in design, build, and testing of integration solutions.
• Understand Workday’s Implementation Methodology and use it on all engagements.
• Represent the “voice of the customer” - keeping the needs of employees, managers and business leaders at the center of all Workday design and deployment decisions.
• Complete the work assigned to you by the Engagement Manager, technical lead or supervisor, with status reports, and keep them apprised of overall project status.
• Actively participate in the Workday Community contributing expertise, requesting enhancements, sharing ideas, collaborating with other customers and participating in user groups.
• Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday’s best practices.

Qualifications

• Degree in technical engineering. Computer Science or Computer Information Systems preferred.
• Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.
• Exceptional research skills and resourcefulness.
• You must have a good understanding of how technology is changing and appreciate its power to revolutionize the way organizations work and behave.
• Eager to try and challenge yourself with new things.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills.
• Ability to work creatively and analytically, prioritizing problem solving.
• Constant desire to acquire knowledge.
• Strong planning, scheduling and organization skills, available to work in a team.
• Passionate about client service excellence.
• Fluent language skills in French and English (Spanish is a plus!)
• Work location: Paris. Available to travel when needed.

Preferred Technical Skills

• Programming experience
• Web service technologies (REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, etc)
• Experience with XML/XSLT, JavaScript also desired.
• Experience with Data Analytics/big data
