Focus on WD is seeking an HRIS Consultant to support clients across France in implementing and optimising cloud HR technology. This cross-training opportunity lets you expand expertise while delivering HRIS and HCM solutions for a diverse client portfolio.

You will work on requirements gathering, configuration, testing, reporting, and ongoing support within a collaborative consulting team. Fluent French and professional English are required; remote/hybrid work across France is available.

• Experience delivering HR transformation projects.
• Ability to gather business requirements and document processes.
• Experience with system testing, UAT and data validation.
• Experience in reporting, analytics and dashboard creation.

About the Opportunity We're partnering with a leading global consultancy that is investing heavily in its HR technology practice and is looking for an ambitious HRIS Consultant to join their growing team in France.

This is a fantastic cross-training opportunity for HRIS professionals looking to expand their expertise into a market-leading cloud HCM platform. You'll receive structured training, work alongside experienced consultants, and gain exposure to enterprise-scale HR transformation projects across a diverse client portfolio.

The Role As an HRIS Consultant, you will support clients through various phases of their HR technology journey, including system implementation, optimisation, configuration, testing, reporting, and ongoing support.

Working within a collaborative consulting team, you'll help deliver innovative HR solutions while building your expertise in one of the fastest-growing areas of enterprise technology.

• Support the delivery of HRIS and HCM transformation projects.
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Assist with system configuration and process design.
• Participate in testing activities, including UAT and data validation.
• Create reports, dashboards, and system documentation.
• Support clients with process improvements and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with project managers, functional consultants, and technical teams.
• Contribute to workshop facilitation and client-facing activities.

• Experience working with an HRIS, HR technology, or HCM platform.
• Fluent French and professional English skills.

• Experience with systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Cornerstone, Talentsoft, Cegid, ADP, UKG, Sage HR, or similar HR platforms.
• Exposure to system implementation or transformation projects.
• Reporting, analytics, or data management experience.
