Keylime Consultants are partnering with an international organisation to add an experienced Workday Financials professional to its Finance Systems team. The role focuses on ongoing configuration, support and development of Workday Financials across an international environment, working closely with Finance stakeholders across Accounting, FP&A, Treasury and Consolidation.

• Strong hands-on Workday Financials configuration experience.
• Strong functional knowledge of Core Finance.
• Configuration experience in Procurement, Revenue Management or Expenses.
• Good understanding of accounting processes, including period-end close and accounting entries.
• Experience supporting and improving Workday Financials in a live environment.
• Good Workday reporting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work directly with Finance stakeholders to translate requirements into practical system solutions.
• Experience supporting Workday within an international organisation would be advantageous.
• High standards of English and French.

Keylime Consultants are working with an international organisation that is looking to add an experienced Workday Financials professional to its Finance Systems team.

The role will focus on the ongoing configuration, support and development of Workday Financials across an international environment, working closely with Finance stakeholders across areas including Accounting, FP&A, Treasury and Consolidation.

You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing Workday configuration, resolving functional issues, developing reports and supporting the continued rollout of Workday Financials across the wider organisation.

The role will also involve supporting new functionality, assisting with the integration of new entities following M&A activity and helping Finance teams get the best possible use from the platform.

Workday Financials Functional Consultant – Requirements

• Strong hands-on Workday Financials configuration experience


• Strong functional knowledge of Core Finance


• Configuration experience in at least one additional area such as Procurement, Revenue Management or Expenses


• Good understanding of accounting processes, including period-end close and accounting entries


• Experience supporting and improving Workday Financials in a live environment
