Keylime Consultants are supporting an international business that is continuing to invest in its Workday environment and is looking for a Workday Functional Analyst to join its growing HR systems team. This hybrid role based in the Boulogne-Billancourt suburb of Paris offers a salary of up to €65,000 plus bonus.

You will take ownership across Workday Core HCM, Recruiting and related modules, translate requirements for technical and non-technical stakeholders, and contribute to reporting,

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday experience with Core HCM configuration.
• Experience with Recruiting module desirable.
• Ability to gather requirements and work with stakeholders.
• Experience in testing, releases or project activity.

Responsabilités

• Translate requirements into effective Workday solutions.
• Support projects from scoping through go-live.
• Contribute to reporting, security, data quality and release management.
• Collaborate with People, HRIS and business stakeholders.
• Role offers broader ownership within Workday.
