Keylime Consultants are working with an international organisation that is strengthening its People Tech capability and is looking to appoint a Workday Functional Analyst to its growing team. The role offers a varied mix of Workday configuration, functional support and project activity across the HCM platform, partnering closely with HR stakeholders across the business.

You’ll be responsible for hands-on Core HCM configuration and will help improve business processes, resolve functional issues

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday experience in a post-production environment.
• Strong Core HCM configuration skills.
• Workday Recruiting experience is a plus.
• Exposure to additional Workday HCM modules.
• Knowledge of Business Processes, Reporting and Security.
• Experience supporting configuration changes, enhancements and testing.
• Ability to translate business requirements into workable system solutions.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Hands-on Core HCM configuration and deliver enhancements across the Workday environment, resolving issues and improving processes.
• Support Workday reporting, security, testing and bi-annual releases, contributing to wider projects and improvements.
• Take ownership in a compact team and gain exposure across different areas of the platform.
