Workday is seeking an experienced professional to join the Success Plans team, delivering consulting engagements that help customers maximize value from Workday applications. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding configuration, demonstrations, and tailored guidance to accelerate feature adoption.

In this role you will conduct research, deliver small-scope consulting, and create customer presentations while maintaining product expertise and Workday certifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT implementation experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Workday Financials Reporting.
• 2+ years of software consulting experience.
• Workday Certification or ability to certify in at least one area.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver various services to Workday Success Plans customers.
• Provide configuration guidance and demonstrations during engagements.
• Troubleshoot product configuration to meet business requirements.
• Communicate responses and value clearly to customers.
• Create customer presentations on Workday features.
• Offer one-on-one guidance to optimize feature adoption.
• Review customers' tenants to identify adoption opportunities.
• Maintain product expertise and Workday certifications.
• Keep up-to-date with industry practices and engage customers.
• Help develop new programs to drive feature adoption.
