Winamax is seeking a German-speaking social media professional to own and grow its German accounts from Paris. You will craft live, timely content around sports events and betting, shaping tone and formats for strong engagement with the German audience.

You will work closely with marketing, monitor trends, and continuously optimize content strategy to strengthen Winamax’s brand presence in Germany.

Qualifications

• Native German speaker with strong writing skills for real-time context.
• Experience in social media or content creation is expected.
• Familiarity with major social platforms and live-event coverage is preferred.

After building a strong presence in France and expanding into Spain, Winamax is now accelerating its growth across Europe, with a clear ambition: to establish itself as a key player in Germany.

In this context, the German market is a key step, with strong challenges around community building and adapting tone and content to a local audience.

By joining Winamax, you will directly contribute to this development phase and play a central role in building and managing its social media presence in Germany.

And you won’t be alone: around ten German colleagues are already based in Paris, working across different teams and actively contributing to this expansion.

Missions

1 - Social Media Animation & Content Creation

• Manage and animate social media accounts related to sports and betting
• Create German-language content aligned with sports news and key events
• Adapt tone and formats to match Winamax’s editorial identity
• Define and execute a social media strategy tailored to the German audience
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistency across channels
• Propose new content ideas and engagement initiatives

3 - Performance Tracking & Optimization

• Analyze results and continuously optimize actions
• Use relevant tools to manage workflows and reporting
• Stay up to date with social media trends and sports news
• Monitor competitors and industry developments
• Leverage user feedback to improve content and engagement

Expected profil

Profile

Native German speaker with a strong connection to the German market

Passionate about sports (football, tennis, NBA...)

First experience in social media or content creation

Skills

Strong writing skills, especially in real-time contexts (live events, matches)

Good knowledge of social media platforms (X, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

Ability to create engaging content with a distinctive tone (humor, creativity)

Location, Remote Work & Start Date

Paris-based position (on-site)

Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends depending on sports events

Benefits & Package

• Salary: €36k gross annual fixed (depending on profile)
• €125 annual employee benefits budget
