Qualifications

• Medical degree with board certification or eligibility in oncology.
• At least 10 years clinical development experience leading global programs in hematology/oncology.
• Senior clinical leadership in early- and late-phase oncology drug development, incl. FTIH through launch readiness.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and complex multi-stakeholder programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end clinical development for oncology assets from first‑in‑human studies through launch.
• Shape and drive strategic development and regulatory plans for assigned disease areas and assets.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across R&D, Medical, and Commercial functions.
• Represent Oncology Clinical Development in governance forums, advisory boards, and external engagements.
• Mentor and develop senior leaders within Oncology Clinical Development.
