Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Vice President, Clinical Development to own and lead sponsor-led clinical development across oncology, gastroenterology, and psychiatry. Reporting to the CMO, you will build a centralized Clinical Development organization and drive the strategy, design, and execution of trials and real-world evidence programs.

You will establish standardized frameworks, ensure regulatory readiness (ICH-GCP, ISO 14155, MDR), and collaborate with Regulatory, Biostatistics, Medical Affairs,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sponsor-side clinical development experience
• Experience building and scaling clinical development teams
• International regulatory exposure (EU/US)

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end clinical development strategy and execution for all studies
• Provide senior clinical leadership on study design, protocol development, and endpoints
• Ensure alignment of development approaches across oncology, gastroenterology, and psychiatry
• Design standardized clinical development frameworks across business units
• Ensure inspection readiness and regulatory compliance
