AssoConnect is seeking a VP of Engineering to build and lead a structured, high-performing engineering organization in Paris. You will align with the CTO on strategy and drive delivery, execution, and growth across three feature squads and a multi-disciplinary team.

You will coach leaders, scale processes, and apply AI best practices to deliver measurable impact while maintaining profitability and a strong culture of ownership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3–5+ years in engineering leadership roles.
• Experience in a product-led SaaS environment.
• Experience in a startup or scale-up context.

Responsabilités

• Lead the engineering organization and delivery, ensuring predictable value delivery at scale.
• Build leadership, coaching, and execution discipline across the team.
• Partner with CTO on strategy and technical vision while owning people and delivery.
