Finary is seeking a VP of Engineering in Paris to lead an AI-native transformation across the engineering org. You will own people, architecture, hiring, and delivery for 30 engineers, shaping the long-term technical vision and the company’s engineering brand.

You’ll build autonomous AI agents and a fast, reliable platform, partner with Product and Data, report to the CEO, and ensure delivery of high-impact features while growing a world-class team in Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an AI-native transformation at a 20+ engineer org.
• Scaled engineering teams to 30+ in high-growth startups.
• Backend-focused and willing to code the first AI agent.
• Proven ability to ship AI features for others.
