Job summary

Pandora is seeking a Visual Merchandising & Trade Manager in France to lead the VM team and drive premium store presentation across the country. You will develop seasonal VM strategies, coach a small team, and collaborate with Retail, Marketing and Commercial to maximize sales and customer engagement.

The role requires strong aesthetics, jewellery/fashion experience, and fluency in English and French, with ability to travel between stores for coaching and monitoring.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years Retail experience in Visual Merchandising.
• Managerial experience of at least 3 team members.
• Experience in Jewellery and/or Fashion apparel at premium brands.
• Strong product styling ability with commercial focus.
• International experience in a global organisation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and adapt seasonal VM strategies aligned with global brand standards.
• Drive and monitor execution of VM strategies and store standards across stores.
• Lead campaigns, window displays and in-store activations across France.
• Partner with Retail, Marketing and Commercial to optimize product presentation and sales.
• Deliver VM training and coaching to store teams across the region.
