Job summary

My Jewellery is seeking an Area Visual Merchandiser for France, ideally based in Paris. You will lead the implementation of global VM standards across our French retail network, translating central guidelines into effective local executions while adapting to space and stock.

Qualifications

3–5 years of Visual Merchandising experience in fashion or lifestyle retail, with multi-store support.
Fluent in French and English; Spanish a plus.
Ability to coach Store Managers and teams through practical training and feedback.
Proven ability to translate central VM guidelines into local, commercial presentations.

Responsibilities

Implement global VM guidelines, collection launches and window concepts across French boutiques, including new openings and concessions.
Adapt product presentations to layouts, stock and priorities while maintaining brand standards.
Coach store teams with clear feedback and follow-up to uphold VM standards.
Use sales insights and shop-floor observations to identify opportunities and test improvements.
Plan visits with Area Manager and VM team, and share local insights with central VM.
Contribute to VM checklists, training materials and communications for consistent execution.
Support new openings from visual setup to team training and post-launch follow-up.
