Job summary

My Jewellery is seeking an Area Visual Merchandiser France to drive the implementation of our global VM standards across our French retail network. You will translate central VM direction into effective local execution, adapting presentations to space and stock while maintaining brand standards.

Based in or around Paris, you will travel regularly across France, coach Store Managers, and collaborate with our VM team in the Netherlands to ensure a consistent, commercial visual experience across

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Visual Merchandising experience in fashion or lifestyle retail.
• Experience supporting multiple stores in a retail network.
• Proven ability to coach and train Store Managers and teams.
• Ability to translate central VM guidance into local execution.
• Strong eye for space, styling and presentation with a practical, commercial approach.
• Fluency in French and English; Spanish a plus.
• Willingness to travel regularly across France and to the Netherlands.
• Preferably based in or near Paris.

Responsibilities

• Implement global VM guidelines, collection launches and window concepts across French boutiques.
• Adapt presentations to layouts, stock and commercial priorities while maintaining brand standards.
• Coach Store Managers through training and feedback to maintain VM standards.
• Use sales insights and floor observations to identify opportunities and test improvements.
• Plan visits with the Area Manager and VM central team and follow up actions.
• Share local insights and feedback with central VM team.
• Contribute to VM checklists and training materials for consistency across the network.
• Support new openings from visual setup to training and post-launch follow-up.
