Pandora is seeking a Visual Merchandising & Trade Manager to lead and develop a small VM team in France. You will shape seasonal VM strategies, ensure flawless store execution, and collaborate with Retail, Marketing and Finance to optimize product presentation and campaigns.

The role requires extensive VM experience, managerial skills for at least three people, and fluency in English and French, with a focus on premium jewellery/fashion brands and international exposure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years retail experience in VM.
• Managerial experience of at least 3 persons.
• Experience in jewellery or fashion premium brands.
• Strong product styling ability with focus on commerciality.
• International experience in a global organisation.
• Fluent in English and French – both speaking and writing.

Responsabilités

• Develop and adapt seasonal and commercial VM strategies for the market, aligned with global brand standards.
• Drive and monitor the execution of VM strategies, campaigns, and store standards through visits, coaching, and remote support.
• Support implementation, testing, and rollout of new VM concepts and merchandising initiatives within France, providing feedback to global and regional stakeholders.
• Lead the execution of key commercial campaigns, window displays, and in-store activations across France, ensuring consistency and strong customer engagement.
• Partner with Retail, Marketing, and Commercial teams to optimize product presentation and maximize sales.
• Deliver VM training and coaching to store teams to maintain brand execution across the region.
• Monitor VM costs against budget with monthly reviews with Finance.
