L'atelier des Chefs is expanding into the UK and seeking a Business Developer to drive 100% closing with zero prospecting. You’ll be the first and last contact for prospects, guiding them from inquiry to training enrollment while collaborating with Marketing, Finance, and Student Support to scale growth.

The role offers a base salary with uncapped performance bonuses, a structured onboarding, a one-week Sales Academy training, and a free CAP vocational course in your chosen field.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English with daily interaction with prospects.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Comfortable on the phone and able to tailor pitches.
• Solution-oriented, proactive, autonomous with team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Contact incoming B2C leads from UK market campaigns.
• Understand student goals to recommend the right training program.
• Manage full sales cycle from first contact to contract signing.
• Propose improvements to the sales process.
